It's really a shame this site doesn't allow for negative star or 0-star reviews because this garbage excuse for a company doesn't deserve one-star. Ordered almost $6000 worth of furniture (Tuscany theater chairs) and was assured it would be delivered within 2-3 weeks as I have family coming in from out of town for the Xmas holidays. I had options, closer, but slightly more expensive that would have been able to deliver on time but I chose Eastporters to save a few bucks. And that was stupid. I started calling a week ago. Spoke to 3 different people none of whom displayed any semblance of competence. They were supposed to find out where my chairs were and why no movement occurred and call me back with a solution. None of them had the decency to even call back. I finally spoke with somebody named Steve claiming to be a manager and he was condescending and obnoxious. When I explained I'd spoken to multiple people he said he didn't know who I spoke to or why they didn't help me. He said he wasn't aware of issues and maybe his employee had gone on vacation. Apparently this was Steve's way of telling me the team he hired was completely incompetent. Way to go Steve! Way to surround yourself with the best and brightest. And to top it off, Steve wasn't even man enough to call me back himself. He had some clueless administrative assistant e-mail me. So hire fools and then can't even pick up the phone because he's spineless. This company is a joke. Their positive reviews are obvious fakes. There's a pattern with their negative reviews mostly around shipping issues and poor customer service. My family's holiday is now ruined thanks to these incompetent morons. Find another retailer. This company is awful |

The staff there was kind enough to talk through everything and explain all the details and gave me a good deal. I had installation booked and now they had everything installed and works great. | I was shopping for my new home theatre room when I came across Eastporters website. I had a good idea of what I was looking for but thought that it would be ridiculously expensive since that they were a specialized shop. I contacted them thinking that I had nothing to lose. Well, I ended up buying a JVC 4K Projector, Elune vision Aurora screen, Klipsch sound system, Denon receiver and a very nice seating with every single item cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I talked with Dave and Amendeep and there was no waste of time or negotiation game. Just a great deal. Stephanie at billing and shipping was simply nice and fantastic too. Loved the experience! | |||

I was very pleased to deal with Eastporters recently. I bought a JVC X790R D-ILA Projector and an Elunevision Reference Studio 4K Fixed Frame screen (120-inch diagonal in the 2:35 scope format). This proved to be a very positive purchasing experience on the phone. Their prices are extremely competitive. I shopped around in Canada and couldn’t find a better a deal. I received the equipment three business days later. They kindly took the time to answer all my questions. During our 35-minute conversation, I never felt that I had to rush. They expertly helped me select the right screen size for the projector and my room environment. I also had them do a professional calibration of the projector to match the screen for both Rec. 709 and HDR BT.2020. Simply put, the projector delivers a superb, mesmerizing picture. I highly recommend their calibration service, especially if you live in an area where it’s difficult to find professional calibrators. This is a good way to maximize your equipment and entertainment value. It’s hassle-free and using your projector will not become a full-time scientific research project. If you’re on a tight budget and planning to buy a projector-screen combo, give Eastporters a call. You’ll be happy that you did. |

| Dave and Chris set up my Home Theater, I don't know much about the stuff but I went to them a couple of weeks ago and they blew me away in their showrooms, their seats were very aggressively priced and comfortable as well. I went with a JVC projector and speakercraft speakers recommended by Chris and I am completely blown away with how good everything is, I could not recommend the guys enough. | |||

| Bought from EastPorters a JVC DLA 770 RX projector and a 1w25''Elune Vision fixed screen, I am plenty satisfied of EastPorters and Mr. Dao along with their products, I had to buy another ceiling mount because the one supply with the projector was not stable enough causing projector to go out of alignment, projector being in a sub basement attach to the ceiling, walking on the main floor was causing the projector to move and going out of alignment we were not able to tighten the bracket enough......... | |||

Bought home music system and home screen recommend by Mike. I was looking for other speakers and he recommended Martin Logan Speakers and Marantz receiver for my need. I trusted him and final result.... Blown away. 100% worth money I spend ..... Very impressive performance. Thanks Mike. Also regarding their service, I must say Mike was very helpful and responsive to my queries. I felt his advice during the process was not to make money for himself but what suits best for my need. Very honest sales rep I have ever seen. I would highly recommend anyone who are looking for home theatre or music system. |

I contacted Eastporter to get a little information they provided me all the information I asked for. They had multiple projectors and screens available to demonstrate the capabilities. I went away and thought about it, did some research of my own. Each time I had any questions they were quick to respond and provide any info I required. I purchased: Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 5030UB FA-1-White Ceiling Mount 85" Elunevision Reference Studio 4K Their pricing was very competitive. |

| After an initial phone message glitch, all calls and emails were promptly answered with sound advice. Bought a Sony VPL-HW40ES and 120" Reference Studio 4K tab-tensioned in-ceiling screen. Shipment was immediate and delivered within 5 business days. No problems or issues with products supplied. Only disappointment was no follow up from vendor. I ordered the Epson 5020UB and a EluneVision Reference 4K Fixed screen from EastPorters. They were prompt with getting the order shipped out and were also very helpful with making sure what I ordered was going to work with my setup. After a few months of owning the screen I noticed there was a slight defect with the screen material. EastPorters promptly sent me a replacement screen, no questions asked. A few years later I was building a dedicated room and needed the acoustically transparent version of the Reference 4K. I was able to take advantage of the EastPorters upgrade program and saved several hundred dollars. |
