Excellent customer support and service with the best technical knowledge and continued technical support whenever I have any questions and the one time I needed warranty support. They persuaded LG to give me a full refund and then supplied an upgraded TV with no extra charge. I found them through the Value Electronics TV and Projector Shootout events and also follow all of the YouTube channels that interview the owner, Mr. Rob Zohn. |

| Purchased my trusty Panasonic UB820 from Value Electronics and am now considering replacing my aging Epson Pro Cinema 6050 projector. Robert Zohn has patiently answered every question I've thrown his way regarding the models I am considering. Instead of passing me off to others as most owners would, he deals with me personally and is an absolute wealth of knowledge on all things "AV." For me it simple at this point. I buy all of our audio equipment and TVs from Value Electronics. Just purchased our first projector and complete movie theater from them and their professional install staff were awesome. Love their service and help with all things technical so we get the very best set-up of our equipment. Also very nice people, Robert and his wife Wendy treat you like they truly care about you and help get your system to perform as best as possible. |
