The lamp didn’t solve the issue so I sent a video and they diagnosed the issue from the noise it was making. I sent my projector in and they fixed it. I purchased a BL-FU 190E Optoma Projector Lamp replacement. I had the doubt that it was original because the brand inside was UHP no Philips. PURELAND (Lisa)always stand behind my questions and doubts. Finally Signify https://www.signify.com/global/brands confirm that the serial° of the bare lamp is original and UHP is an alternative brand but with the same quality. Pureland great Company! |

I've been having trouble finding good replacement lamps for my 10 year old JVC. Most of the time I can find cheap knockoffs, but the brightness is terrible, colors are slightly off, they burn out quickly, and/or they flicker. Finally found one at Pureland Supply that comes closest to what I expect from a bulb. The price was definitely higher, but more in line with what I would expect to pay to get a quality bulb. And delivery was quick for me with just standard shipping. Now to see if it holds up for the standard 3000 hours, but so far, I'm pretty confident it will. And I'll order from them again for the next one. |

VLT HC6800LP - I purchased this bulb and received it in November 2018. It lasted for exactly one year. I am purchasing again just as I am not ready to purchase another projector right now. Customer service was great, I just wished it it lasted longer. |

| I was looking at purchasing a new bulb for a projector that had quit working after I accidentally knocked it off a table, but wanted to be sure that was the problem before I ordered one. My questions were answered quickly (within an hour) and thoroughly. Frank was more than helpful and took the time to troubleshoot the problem with me. In July 2016, I purchased a LMP-H200 lamp from Pureland for my 8 year old VPL-VW60 Sony projector. Pureland's LMP-H200 lamp now has 1000 hours and it is as bright as the first day. I feel the Pureland's lamp has whiter light than the original Sony lamp. In addition their phone customer service is outstanding when they advised me to install their lamp now and take advantage of their 6 month warranty. I will purchase all my projector lamps from Pureland. |
