| i originally ordered an Optoma EH470 projector and went about a. month without any update on it, i even used the live chat to see what was going on with my order a few times but no one would get back to me. i finally emailed and Giovanni was able to find out the issue. it was no longer available but he found me a great alternative and had it sent it out right away. Only reason i knocked off a point is because of how long it took for anyone to find out the item was no longer available. im very grateful for Giovanni's help! | |||
