Epson Home Cinema LS11000 User Reviews

I was skeptical moving up from my old Epson 3600 to the Epson LS11000. We have been quite pleased with the quality of the 3600's image. But I wasn't prepared for the drastic improvement in contrast and color fidelity of the LS11000. Even a 1080p image was dramatically improved. But once I got a functioning 4k-capable cable, the image sharpness, contrast and detail was just jaw dropping. In a dark room, the image rivals a flat screen image. Im currently using its lowest brightness settings (cinema, eco) and it is one of the best projected images Ive ever seen. Granted, my experience is limited, but I have seen far more expensive high-end projectors in controlled light rooms, and this projector is every bit as amazing. I know one can spend more on a projector, but I dont think the increase in price would improve the image much more. Physically, the LS11000 is a big projector! You'll need a solid mount for it. If the LS11000 is within your budget, it's a no-brainer purchase.
